Beetroot Hummus Topping

  • Chickpeas (cooked)
  • Tahini
  • Beetroot
  • Greek yoghurt
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • ½ Lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika
  1. Rinse and drain the chick peas.
  2. Peel the garlic and squeeze the lemon.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, except the paprika, in a blender to make a smooth creamy paste.
  4. Serve the hummus with a little sweet paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
