Preparation
- Rinse the quinoa well before cooking to eliminate the saponins (a bitter substance often used in soap).
- Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet.
- Leave to cool or rinse in cold water.
- In a bowl, add the quinoa with the rest of the ingredients.
- Dress with extra virgin olive oil.
