Vegan Topping

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 orange
  • Quinoa
  • Walnuts
  • Oil
  • Soya beans
  • Chives
  • Rinse the quinoa well before cooking to eliminate the saponins (a bitter substance often used in soap).  
  • Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet.  
  • Leave to cool or rinse in cold water.
  • In a bowl, add the quinoa with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Dress with extra virgin olive oil.
