Nordic Topping

Ingredients
  • Sweet Palermo Pepper
  • Potatoes
  • Tuna
  • Onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Carrot
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation
  1. Bring water to boil in a saucepan; add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Repeat the process with the carrots.  
  3. Fry the onions for a few minutes in a pan
  4. In a large dish add the potatoes and carrots and cut into small cubes together with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix the ingredients well, shape your Nordic salad as you wish and then decorate on top with Sweet Palermo peppers brunoise.

You might ask why we don’t dice the potatoes and carrots before boiling, as this would be quicker? This is to prevent them going too soft, and turning our crunchy Nordic salad into a puree with mayonnaise.
